
On an unrelated note, we have noticed that LogMeIn Rescue is also very slow when trying to work directly on a VDA, I am not sure if this started recently or not, all of our images are on VDA 7.6.3.Last week Citrix released the long awaited StoreFront 3.0 together with the new Receiver 4.3 / Receiver X1. This case fell off my radar due to other projects and the request to gather trace logs of both the Receiver client and VDA. Again, Citrix pointed at Microsoft as the problem, even though we had 2 completely separate products experiencing the same symptoms. I have tested this with both 2012 R2/8.1 published desktops.Ĭitrix Support pointed at LogMeIn as the problem, even though we only experienced this issue with Receiver, and upon troubleshooting with LogMeIn support we discovered the same issue occurs with Remote Assistance. Only the "Desktop Viewer" seems to be impacted, published applications work fine. This occurs with both LogMeIn Rescue and Remote Assistance, ironically GoToAssist does not have an issue.
